General Policy
Collectors Reserve Co. is committed to providing authentic trading card products, secure packaging, fast shipping, and clear communication. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Carriers Used:

USPS (First Class, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail)

UPS (Ground/Air depending on size)
Delivery Estimates:

USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

USPS Priority: 2–3 business days

UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
All orders include tracking.
Packaging:

Singles: penny sleeve + top loader/Card Saver + team bag

Slabs: bubble wrap + padded mailer or box
-
Sealed products: padded protection + sturdy mailer/box
Return Policy
Due to the nature of sealed TCG products and the risk of tampering, we do not accept returns on sealed items.
We also do not accept returns on:

Singles
-
Graded slabs
-
Mystery bundles
-
Opened products
-
Clearance or final sale items

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
All cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which covers the non-refundable payment processing fee charged to us.

Product Authenticity & Condition

All products sold are 100% authentic.

Sealed items are factory-sealed and sourced from authorized distributors or verified suppliers.

All singles are visually inspected for accurate NM/LP grading.

Graded slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC) are verified before listing.
Collectors Reserve Co. does not sell resealed product, fake cards, or counterfeit slabs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
-Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, email photos to AlexFrederick@collectorsreserveco.com. We will help with replacements, refunds, or carrier claims.-
-Lost or Stolen Packages:

If a package is marked Delivered but not received:

Check mailbox, porch, parcel locker

Check with neighbors

Contact local USPS/UPS office

We will assist with tracking or claims, but cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
